Als Arbeitsplaner (m/w/d) in Augsburg gestalten Sie Produktions- und Prozessabläufe aktiv mit und sorgen dafür, dass Planung, Qualität und Effizienz sauber zusammenlaufen. Die Position verbindet technische Analyse mit pragmatischer Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Neu- und Serienarbeitsplänen inklusive dem Änderungsmanagement auf Basis von 2D-/3D-Konstruktionsdaten
  • die Pflege und Verwaltung von Produktionsstammdaten sowie die Steuerung von Gültigkeiten in SAP, PLM und eCAIR zur Sicherstellung der Konfigurations- und Datenkonsistenz
  • die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Industrialisierungskonzepten gemäß D2R.03.02.01 sowie Validierung der Übereinstimmung von „as designed“ und „as built“
  • die Prüfung und Umsetzung von Änderungen an Zeichnungen, Fertigungsvorschriften und Kommissioniervorgaben sowie die Mitwirkung beim Standard Line Balancing (AVD, PERT)
  • die Durchführung von Angebotskalkulationen und Planung des Fertigungsaufwands in Stunden

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

Für diese Position passt ein Profil mit technischer Erfahrung, einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil und einem guten Verständnis für Produktions- oder Prozesszusammenhänge.

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einem technischen Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Zeitwirtschaft und Industrial Engineering
  • gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der Montage
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsplanungssystemen (SAP-PR3)
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
