Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Volljuristen (m/w/d) im Bereich Arbeitsrecht für eine unbefristete Direktanstellung.

Arbeitsrecht | Volljurist (m/w/d) | Düsseldorf | Perm. | 100% | € 90.000 +

Position:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Betreuung in allen Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts.
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Richtlinien und Regelwerken
  • Rechtliche Beratung und Gestaltung im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben Landesrechts sowie vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Personalvertretungen
  • Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Vorstands- und Geschäftsleiterverträgen sowie Beratung zu regulatorischen Anforderungen an Führungskräfte
  • Unterstützung der Personalabteilung und der Führungskräfte bei arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und personalrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Erfahrung:

  • Volljurist(m/w/d)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht
