  • ✓ Mengen und Kosten ermitteln sowie Kalkulationen und Angebote vorbereiten
  • ✓ Planungsunterlagen auf technische Umsetzbarkeit prüfen und Ressourcen planen
  • ✓ Materialangebote einholen und mit Lieferanten verhandeln
  • ✓ Nachunternehmerleistungen anfragen und Angebote bewerten
  • ✓ Kostenabweichungen erkennen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen
  • ✓ Die Bauausführung technisch unterstützen und Erfahrungen für künftige
  • ✓ Kalkulationen nutzen
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ Mehrjährige Hochbauerfahrung, beispielsweise in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Kalkulation oder Bauleitung
  • ✓ Bauingenieurstudium, Bautechniker- oder Meisterqualifikation beziehungsweise vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • ✓ Kenntnisse in Baukonstruktionen, Materialien, Bauabläufen und der Bewertung von Bauleistungen
  • ✓ Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • ✓ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und baubezogener Software
