Aufgaben:

  • Analyse, Optimierung und Gestaltung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Ermittlung von Vorgabezeiten für die Fertigungsprozesse (REFA, ROM)
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Planzeitkatalogen
  • Implementierung und Betreuung von Lean-Methoden wie KVP, 5S und SFM
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen zur Datenerhebung und Validierung

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre + Werkmeister, HTL, FH)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Zeitwirtschaft, sowie im Lean Management
  • Abgeschlossene REFA- Ausbildung, Vorerfahrung mit ROM oder MTM wünschenswert
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, wirtschaftliches Denken & Handeln, Kommunikationsstärke
