WAS DU BEI SMW MACHST:

  • In der Arbeitsvorbereitung verbindest du Technik, Produktion, Einkauf und Verkauf
  • und sorgst für verlässliche Produktions- und Planungsdaten.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung produktionsrelevanter Daten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen
  • Erstellung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kalkulationen und
  • Kalkulationsgrundlagen
  • Abstimmung mit Technik, Produktion, Einkauf und Verkauf
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsplanung mit verlässlichen Daten
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen in der
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Technische Ausbildung, idealerweise Maschinenbau, Metalltechnik oder
  • Produktion (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Technisches Verständnis und IT-Affinität
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Lösungen zu entwickeln und Prozesse zu verbessern
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Vollzeitbasis. Die Entlohnung erfolgt zumindest gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag
  • für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe.
