  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Baustellen im Rahmen der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit Interesse an innovativen Arbeitsmethoden und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten (z.B. BIM.5D/LEAN Construction) Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Kenntnisse in Termin- und CAD-Programmen, idealerweise in PowerProject, AutoCAD und RIB iTWO Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Erstellung von Bauzeiten-, Bauphasen- und Bauablaufplänen Erarbeitung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen und Logistikkonzepten Unterstützung der Kalkulation während der Angebotsphase Begleitung und Unterstützung der Projektteams während der Bauausführung (tageweise vor Ort) Erarbeiten von Bauablaufsimulationen, teilweise mittels 4D und BIM, unterstützt durch die Vielzahl der Experten/Expertinnen des Konzerns und durch modernste Softwarelösungen Anwendung von LEAN Construction Methoden, um verschwendungsarm unsere Projekte zu erstellen
