Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Termin- und Kapazitätsplanung in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen Material- und Produktionsflusses
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Arbeitsvorbereitung (bei entsprechender Qualifikation)
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Kenntnisse in Fertigungsplanung sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Organisationsgeschick
  • Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
