Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in Heinsberg eine/n Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d).

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, bevorzugt im produzierenden Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Optimierungsmethoden wie 5S und Lean Management
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Arbeitsvorbereitung für die Produktion und Instandhaltung
  • Planung von Arbeitsaufträgen inklusive Abstimmung von Umfang, Ressourcen, Materialbedarf, Zeitrahmen und Kosten
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten für Materialien und externe Dienstleistungen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Arbeiten mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Planung von Wartungsstopps
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Lieferantenverträge
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
