Die BAC Spezial GmbH ist ein Unternehmen mit ca.70 MitarbeiterInnen mit Sitz in Bad Tennstedt und spezialisiert auf Abbruch & Entkernung, Schadstoffsanierung, Spezialdemontagen und Verschrottung, Beräumung und Entrümpelung, Erdbau und Entwässerungsarbeiten, Rekultivierung und Baufeldfreimachung.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n

Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) Bad Tennstedt

für die technische und organisatorische Vorbereitung spannender Abbruch-, Rückbau-, Sanierungs- oder Tiefbauprojekte inklusive Erstellung von Termin-, Ablauf- und Ressourcenplänen, Unterstützung der Bauleitung, Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten, Disposition von Personal, Maschinen und Geräten, Dokumentation, Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Entsorgungsfachbetrieben sowie Mitwirkung bei der Kalkulation.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, Bautechnik, Tiefbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Abbruch, Rückbau, Erd- oder Tiefbau von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise bauspezifischer Software
  • technisches Verständnis sowie organisatorisches Geschick
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
