## Was zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt

  • Planung von Arbeitsabläufen, Fertigungsfolgen und Montageschritten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeits-/ Prüfplänen Montageanweisungen
  • Unterstützung der Montage bei technischen Problemen und Umsetzung von Lösungsmaßnahmen.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse mit Fokus auf Herstellbarkeit, Prozessplanung und Serienüberführung
  • Ermittlung und Analyse von Vorgabezeiten für Fertigungs- und Montageabläufe
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Qualität und Effizienz durch Automatisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Investitionen
  • Pflege relevanter Stammdaten im ERP-System (z.B. SAP)
  • Planung, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Fertigungs- und Montagehilfsmitteln
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen durch Lean-Methoden und KVP-Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen und Sonderfreigaben

## Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Meisterausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum/r staatlich geprüften Techniker/in, gegebenenfalls mit der Fachrichtung Fertigungstechnik.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Team- sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Hohes techn. Verständnis von Herstellprozessen in der Fertigung und Montage
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
