Ihre Aufgaben:

Interne Lieferanten: Verwaltung des Bestellanforderungsflusses bis zu Materialplanungsbelegen
Externe Lieferanten: Nachbereitung der Beschaffung der Fälligkeit der Bestellanforderungsstufe zum Starten von Materialplanungsbelegen
Sicherstellung und Aktualisierung der Genauigkeit der Materialplanungsstammdaten (in Übereinstimmung mit Bestands- und Logistikzwängen)
Erstellen der Materialplanungsbelege (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) und der entsprechenden Quellliste
Analyse von Lieferantenbestätigungen im Vergleich zu Alstom-Anforderungen und Bewertung der Risiko-/Wirkungserwartung für Produktion/Projekte
Identifizierung von Prioritäten im Zusammenhang mit der Risiko-/Wirkungsvorhersage und Einrichtung von Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen

Mindestens Absolvent der Hochschulbildung in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ingenieurwesen oder Supply Chain.
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann/frau ebenfalls möglich
Erfahrung mit ERPs, Supply Chain Konzepten
SAP Kenntnisse
Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Lernwillig und aufgeschlossen
Entlohnung bis 24€
