Arbeitsvorbereiter / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Technische und organisatorische Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie termingerechte Vorbereitung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Produktionsbereichen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Arbeits-, Organisations-, Fertigungs- und Prüfanweisungen sowie Koordination erforderlicher Änderungen
  • Pflege produktionsrelevanter SAP-Stammdaten sowie Bereitstellung aktueller technischer Dokumente und Arbeitsinformationen
  • Planung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Werkzeugen, Hilfs- und Betriebsmitteln sowie produktionsnahen Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsplatzstrukturen, Materialbereitstellung und Produktionsabläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei Standardisierungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bezug zur Produktion, Fertigungssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktions- und Dokumentationsprozesse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Organisationsvermögen, Genauigkeit und ausgeprägtem Priorisierungsvermögen
  • Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenstärke sowie pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Bereitschaft zur aktiven Prozessoptimierung
