Arbeitsvorbereitung Anlagenbau am Standort Oelde

Prüfen von Konstruktionsdokumenten zum Bau von Anlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Umsetzbarkeit

Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten für Endprodukte, Baugruppen und Komponenten

Bearbeitung von Änderungen entsprechend der festgelegten Standards

Fertigungsunterlagen anpassen und ändern

Unterstützung der Produktion bei der Umsetzung von Anlagenprojekten

Ermittlung und Pflege von Vorgabezeiten, Planzeitbausteinen

Herstellkosten auf Basis der erstellten Arbeitspläne im SAP-System ermitteln und pflegen

Optimieren von Arbeitsabläufen und diese systemtechnisch abbilden

Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker (Fachrichtung Apparate- und Behälterbau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Zusätzlich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Maschinenbau oder ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau

REFA Prozessorganisator

Internationaler Schweißtechniker nach Richtlinie DVS-IIW 1170

Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Anlagenbaus von Vorteil

Erfahrungen in der Konstruktion von Anlagen wünschenswert

Kenntnisse in DRIGUS, MS-Office, SAP R/3 (Module PS, PP und MM) sowie in CAD/CAM-Systemen von Vorteil
