Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Erstellung von Bauzeiten-, Bauphasen- und Bauablaufplänen
  • Erarbeitung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen und Logistikkonzepten
  • Unterstützung der Kalkulation während Angebotsphase
  • Begleitung der Baustellen während der Ausführungsphase
  • Terminplanung und -steuerung von komplexen Großbaustellen
  • Prozessoptimierung (Lean Construction)

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor/Master/Dipl. Bauingenieur (FH/TH/BA) oder
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bautechniker
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder in der Bauleitung im Ingenieur- und Infrastrukturbau oder vergleichbaren Rohbauprojekten
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Bauablaufprozessen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Revit, AutoCAD, primavera)
  • BIM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Reisebereitschaft
