Ihre Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Betreuung unserer Kunden, Auftragserfassung und Terminüberwachung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, nach Kundenvorgaben und Druckdaten
  • Prüfung von Druckdaten auf technische Machbarkeit für die unterschiedlichen Flexodruckanwen- dungen
  • Fakturierung
  • Optimierung und Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Vorbereitung von internen und externen Audits

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Mediengestalter/in, evtl. mit Techniker- oder Meister-Qualifikation im Bereich Druck
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im Prepressbereich
  • Sicher Umgang mit MS Software sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Leistungsorientiert, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, flexibel und belastbar
  • Englischkenntnisse
