Description

At RDG, our architects and designers are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of possibility for our clients and communities. As we expand our presence in the Northeast, we're seeking an experienced architect to play a pivotal role in designing innovative spaces and helping shape the future of our New York office.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the Northeast, a passion for higher education design and the ability to manage teams and projects at a strategic level. In this role, you’ll contribute to marketing and business development efforts that broaden awareness for RDG’s College & University market in the Northeast, forging strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities. This dual focus on client engagement and office growth offers a unique opportunity to influence both our projects and our practice at a fundamental level.

Because of the uniqueness of this role, our ideal candidate is someone who can manage projects efficiently while creating strong team and client relationships. This person should be eager to build relationships, mentor emerging talent and expand RDG’s presence in the region. If you’re looking for a role where you can lead, influence and make a lasting impact on higher education design, we’d love to talk.
