Architekt (m/w/d) als Projektleiter Hochbau / Architektur 

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Neubau- und/oder Sanierungsprojekten
  • Erstellung von anspruchsvollen Entwurfskonzepten und Präsentationen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Genehmigungsplanung und Ausführungsplanung sowie Integration der Fachingenieurleistungen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Abstimmungen mit und Koordination von Bauherren, Behörden, Fachingenieuren und sonstigen Planungspartnern
  • Projektleitung und Bauüberwachung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Fachbereich Architektur und Mitgliedschaft in einer Architektenkammer
  • Idealerweise mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurbüro oder in einer ausführenden Firma als Projektleiter und Architekt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Nemetscheck Allplan oder AutoCAD sowie dem MS-Office-Paket, sowie weitere Kenntnisse branchenüblicher Planungs- und Ausschreibungssoftware
