Architekt / Bauingenieur (m/w/d)

Das Architekturbüro Bernd Peter erbringt Planungs- und Generalplanungsleitungen sowie Brandschutzplanungen für Gebäude und Innenräume in den Bereichen Neubau, Umbau, Modernisierung und Sanierung einschließlich Denkmalschutz. Wir sind überwiegend in MV und für öffentliche Auftraggeber tätig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Spannende und herausfordernde Projekte
  • Gebäudeplanung (LPH 3-8 der HOAI)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Generalplanung (Koordinierung der Planungsbeteiligten)
  • Vermittlung zwischen Bauherrn, Handwerkern und Nutzern, mit Fingerspitzengefühl und einer hohen sozialen Kompetenz

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Fachrichtung Architektur/ Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Know-How in CAD (Archicad), Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauleitung sowie Entwurfskompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1) in Wort und Schrift
