  • Erstellung von Bauvorlagen, Ausführungszeichnungen, Werkplanungen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter
  • Antragstellung von Hausanschlüssen und Abstimmung mit den Gewerken
  • Erstellung der Werkplanung für den Rohbau
  • Gelegentliche Abstimmungen mit den Bauherren und Bestellungen von Baumaterial
  • Bei Interesse Besuch von Baustellen

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Bauzeichnungen von Einfamilienhäusern incl. Verblendungen
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in der Stellung von Anträgen mit Elektrikern und Heizungsbauern
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Software, z.B. AutoCAD o.ä. sowie Microsoft Office

### GEBOTEN WIRD

  • Eigenständige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben
  • Fester Vertrag mit einer 30, 35 oder auch 40-Stunden-Woche
  • Festes Monatsgehalt
  • In Teilzeit bei 30h ca. 2.800€-3.200 € Brutto/Monat; in Vollzeit ca 3.800-4.500 € Brutto/Monat
  • Ca. 80% Remote / Homeoffice nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung
  • Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Keine Reisen
