  • Bearbeitung von Bauanträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Bauzeichnungen
  • Standortanalyse durchführen, Umweltaspekte prüfen, Ergebnisse zusammenfassen
  • Vorplanung und Entwurfsplanung
  • Baukosten ermitteln, Entwurfsunterlagen zusammenfassen
  • Genehmigungsplanung
  • Ausführungsplanung
  • Bauobjekt mit allen für die Bauausführung notwendigen Einzelangaben zeichnerisch darstellen,
  • Bauüberwachung, Objektüberwachung und Dokumentation
  • Bauabnahme, Kostenfeststellung und Rechnungsprüfung durchführen
  • sonstige berufstypische Tätigkeiten

### IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur sowie erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Aufgabenbereich bei einem Bauträger

KENNTNISSE/FÄHIGKEITEN

  • gute Kenntnisse in der Architektur
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Bauleitung- und abnahme sowie der Bauüberwachung
  • gute Kenntnisse in VOB und VOL
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Leistungsbeschreibung sowie der Detail- und Ausführungsplanung
  • gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bau- und Architektenrecht

MOBILITÄT

Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B (PKW) ------------------------------------------------------------------------> wünschenswert
