Das Büro Gößling Hospitalplanung GmbH sucht Sie als Verstärkung für die Niederlassung Berlin.

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Architekt im Gesundheitsbau
  • Bauingenieur, Fachrichtung Hochbau
  • Ingenieur, Fachrichtung Medizin

Sie verfügen über:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter bzw. Projektleiter
  • gute Kenntnisse in HOAI und Ausschreibungen
  • CAD-Anwendungen (Nemetschek, Archicad), MS-Office, Arriba, iTwo
  • Erfahrungen in der Bearbeitung öffentlicher Bauvorhaben
  • Erstellung von Förderanträgen/RB-Bau
  • sicheren Umgang mit Genehmigungsverfahren, Kostenermittlung und Kostensteuerung

Sie sind:

  • sicher im Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern, Projektpartnern
  • teamfähig und aufgeschlossen
  • verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert
