Als 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗸𝘁 (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Teil unserer Projekte.

Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Entwurfskonzepte, führst sie über die Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung weiter und begleitest unsere Projekte durch die Leistungsphasen 1–5.

Dabei arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich und im engen Austausch mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und Projektbeteiligten. Mit deinem Gespür für Gestaltung, Funktion und technische Machbarkeit sowie deiner Erfahrung in der BIM-Planung trägst du maßgeblich zur Qualität unserer Bauprojekte bei.

### Das hätten wir gern!

  • abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. Ausbildung
  • mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, besonders in den LPH 1-5, BIM
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Kreativität, innovatives Denken und gestalterisches Talent
  • sicherer Umgang mit der CAD-Software
  • Spaß an Visualisierung, 3D-Darstellung und Wettbewerbe
  • Leidenschaft und Neugier für deine Aufgaben
