Als kreatives, sympathisches Architekturbüro planen wir spannende Architektur- und Innenarchitekturprojekte. Wir suchen Menschen, die mit Talent, Leidenschaft, Sinn für Gestaltung und Liebe zum Detail am Erfolg der Projekte unserer Kunden mitwirken wollen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung aller Leistungsphasen nach HOAI, im Bereich Bauen im Bestand und Neubauten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung und Kommunikation mit Bauherren und externen Partnern (Fachplaner, Handwerker, Behörden)
  • Bearbeitung der Projekte mit der BIM Methodik in 3D

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium als Architekt (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten
  • Sie gehen routiniert mit einer CAD-Software, BIM (wünschenswert), einem Ausschreibungsprogramm (idealerweise California) und den MS Office-Anwendungen um
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauvorschriften, Normen und aktuellen Regelwerken
  • Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Im Kontakt mit Kunden und Projektbeteiligten überzeugen Sie durch souveränes, freundliches Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • • Sie verfügen über Planungs- und Organisationstalent, arbeiten eigenmotoviert und verfolgen Ihre Projektziele konsequent und beharrlich
  • Wenn Sie außerdem Teamgeist mitbringen und mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Humor bei der Sache sind, möchten wir Sie gerne kennenlernen
