## Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Entwurfsideen bis zur genehmigungsfreien Lösung \* Betreuung in der Ausführungsplanung, insbesondere Detailabstimmung
  • Erstellung von Kostenermittlungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Baustellenkoordination und Überwachung der Ausführung
  • Je nach Erfahrung; eigenständige Betreuung unterschiedlicher Projekte über alle Leistungsphasen hinweg

## Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblicher Software sowie MS Office
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Regelwerke
  • Grundlagen in Planungs- und Baurecht
  • Kreativer Kopf mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamgeist
