Architekt (m/w/d) (LPH 1-9)

Standort: Dransfeld (Landkreis Göttingen) | Eintritt: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

  • Arbeitsort: Dransfeld / Projekte in Südniedersachsen
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit
  • Vertragsart: Unbefristet

### Aufgaben

  • Schwerpunkt in den Leistungsphasen 1–5 der HOAI
  • Entwurfsplanung und konzeptionelle Entwicklung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Erstellung von Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen
  • Abstimmung mit Fachplanern, Behörden und Bauherren
  • Qualitätssicherung und Terminüberwachung

### Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (bevorzugt AutoCAD)
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI und relevanter Normen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität und strukturiertes Arbeiten
