  • Hauptaufgaben:
  • ✓ Sie erstellen und detaillieren die Ausführungsplanung gemäß Leistungsphase 5 HOAI
  • ✓ Gemeinsam mit den Fachplanern entwickeln Sie konstruktive Lösungen, die in der Praxis funktionieren
  • ✓ Sie behalten Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Blick und eskalieren frühzeitig bei Abweichungen
  • ✓ Sie prüfen und optimieren die technische Umsetzbarkeit der Projekte
  • ✓ Sie koordinieren die Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Planungsbeteiligten und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • ✓ Mit BIM-basierten Planungsmethoden sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Planungsprozess
  • Profil:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (Dipl.-Ing., M.A. oder M.Sc.)
  • ✓ Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Ausführungsplanung (LP 5)
  • ✓ Sicherer Umgang mit Archicad und MS Office
  • ✓ Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Bauvorschriften, Normen und Richtlinien
  • ✓ Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✓ Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
