Für ein familiäres Architekturbüro in Essen-Rüttenscheid suchen wir Dich. Hier werden Bauvorhaben für Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Wohnungsbau und dem Gewerbebau geplant und umgesetzt.

Als Architekt (m/w/d) bist Du der Ausführungs- und Detailplaner für eigene Projekte. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit der Projektleitung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Bau reibungslos umgesetzt werden kann.

Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst die Ausführungs- und Detailplanung von Projekten
Du erstellst die Ausschreibungen für die Gewerke
Du prüfst Angebote und bereitest die Vergabe vor
Du vertrittst die Bauleitung vor Ort
Du arbeitest eng mit den Projektleitern zusammen

Dein Profil
Du hast ein Studium im Bauwesen, z.B. Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Innenarchitektur oder Baumanagement oder eine Weiterbildung als Bautechniker/in
Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau, Geschosswohnungsbau, Industriebau, Gewerbebau oder Hallenbau
Du arbeitest sicher mit Archicad
Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
