Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Ermittlung von Projektkosten sowie Kontrolle von Kostenberechnungen
  • Einholung, Prüfung und Bewertung von Angeboten einschließlich Erstellung von Preisspiegeln
  • Ausarbeitung von Vergabevorschlägen und Dokumentation von Vergabeverfahren
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Bürostandards und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen im Bereich AVA

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens (Diplom oder Master)
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 6 und 7 der HOAI
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB/B, VOB/C, HOAI-Anforderungen sowie im Bauvertragsrecht
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project und Revit
  • -Erfahrung mit RIB iTWO von Vorteil
  • -Teamorientierte, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
