Das Büro Neues Wohnen24 ist ein Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in Wolfsburg und Braunschweig. Von dort betreuen wir unseren umfangreichen Bestand an Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien und sind in der Projektentwicklung aktiv.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Architekten (m/w/d), der uns langfristig bei der weiteren Entwicklung unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben könnten u.a. folgende Bereiche - je nach Ihren Schwerpunkten - umfassen:

  • Eigenständiges Erstellen von Bauanträgen für Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Projektentwicklung
  • Anfertigen von CAD-Zeichnungen
  • Ausschreibung, Ausführungsplanung und Kalkulation
  • Bauen im Bestand
  • Sanierung
  • Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminmanagement
  • Bauleitung und Bauüberwachung

Sie verfügen über mindestens 8 bis 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Deutschland sowie über gute CAD- und Bildbearbeitungskenntnisse, ergänzt durch gute Kenntnisse im Baurecht. Freude an der Arbeit und eine positive Grundeinstellung zeichnen Sie aus.
