### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Akquise neuer Projekte im Bereich Gewerbe- und Logistikbau sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und strategische Entwicklung neuer Geschäftschancen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung von Bauprojekten im Rahmen der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen mit Revit sowie Entwicklung digitaler Gebäudemodelle im BIM-Prozess
  • Direkte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Behörden, Bauherren und Baufirmen
  • Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten während der Bauphase zur termingerechten Realisierung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
  • Wünschenswert sind mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Gewerbe- und Logistikbau
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität und Freude daran, Kunden zu begeistern und neue Projekte eigenständig zu gewinnen
  • Ein bestehender Kundenstamm oder relevante Kontakte in der Branche sind ein Plus
  • Hohes Engagement, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gewerkeübergreifendes Denkvermögen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI sowie relevanter Gesetze und Normen
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau C1
