Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Architekten (m/w/d) in Teilzeit , der Freude an abwechslungsreichen Bauprojekten hat und unser Team mit Fachkompetenz und Eigeninitiative unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Grundrissen, Ansichten, Schnitten und Details in 3D / BIM-Methodik
  • LPH1-9: Umsetzung von Konzepten nach firmeninternen Vorgaben von Vor-, Bauantrags-, Verkaufs-, Ausführungs- u. Detailplanung sowie den Lageplänen
  • Selbstständige Koordination und zeichnerische Umsetzung der Absprachen mit den Projektbeteiligten wie Statikern, Bauphysikern, TGA-Planern, Schall- und Brandschutzgutachtern und Sonderplanern
  • Mengen-/ Massenermittlungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung und Aufmaß
  • Koordinieren der Planung von Lieferanten, wie Fertigteil-, Fenster- und Verlegepläne
  • Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam mit den Kollegen der Projektleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Bauleitung und Kalkulation

Anforderungen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) der Architektur
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit planungs- und baurechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Sichere Kenntnisse mit Allplan und AVA-Software sowie Archicad
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Zielorientierung, Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohes Engagement, sicheres Auftreten, soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel und Outlook)
