# Architekt oder Bauingenieur als Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe:

Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) bearbeiten Sie anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Hochbau / öffentliche Schwimmbäder im Team mit Fachplanern der Gebäudetechnik und Tragwerksplanung. Sie sind der direkte Ansprechpartner für den Bauherrn und vertreten unsere Firma nach außen. Ihr Aufgabenbereich reicht dabei von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Schlussrechnung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

Sie sind kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark und verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen. Sie haben CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Allplan) und können gestalterische und bauphysikalische Anforderungen technisch umsetzen. Im Idealfall haben Sie auch Erfahrung im Umgang mit der AVA-Software.
