Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Oschatz suchen wir einen Architekten/Bauingenieur (m/w/d) für die professionelle Umsetzung von interessanten Um- und Neubauprojekten im Hochbau (Öffentliche Bauten, Gewerbliche Bauten, Sakrale Bauten, Wohngebäude).

  • Ihr Profil:
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 6 bis 8
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office und Ausschreibungssoftware
  • selbständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Vorschriften, Regelwerke und Baugesetze, insbesondere VOB
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch - verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • beschränkte und öffentliche Ausschreibung und Vergabe von anspruchsvollen Bauaufgaben
  • Bauleitung vor Ort mit Koordination des Bauablaufs inkl. Baubesprechungen und -abnahmen vor Ort und Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Ausführung
  • Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter und der Planungsabteilung
  • Erarbeiten von Sanierungskonzepten und Erstellen von Kostenberechnungen
