Die RLE Engineering Services GmbH sucht ab sofort für einen Kunden eine(n)

Area Kitchen Manager (m/w/d)

  • Verantwortung für den Küchenbetrieb von 2 bis 3 Restaurantstandorten
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Küchenleiter
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Unternehmensstandards
  • Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung von Warenwirtschaft, Lagerhaltung und Produktionsabläufen
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Neueröffnungen
  • Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Küchenchef oder Sous Chef
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HACCP und Lebensmittelhygiene
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Personalentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, wirtschaftliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der betreuten Region
