The Area Manager is a senior operations leader who directs and supervises site management activities across an assigned portfolio of communities within the Property Management Department. - Review resident files for transfers, evictions, reasonable accommodation requests, medical requests, and complaints; evaluate and implement decisions.
- Oversee the physical condition of each community, including office space, restrooms, amenity areas, parking lots, and showing units, to ensure they meet Avanti's quality and presentation standards.
- Walk assigned communities regularly to confirm each asset is kept in excellent condition.
