Pay Range: $120,950.00 – $161,256.66

What You'll Be Doing

• •Lead and support safety initiatives across multiple operations to promote a strong safety-first culture.
• •Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• •Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• •Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to employees and managers on safety programs, policies, and best practices.
• •Analyze safety performance data and develop strategies that reduce risk and improve operational effectiveness.

What Are We Looking For

• •Experience supporting safety in aggregates, mining, construction materials, cement, ready-mix, or a similar heavy industrial environment.
• •Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
• •Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• •Skilled in conducting incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• •Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• •Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in safety performance.

Work Environment

• •Frequent travel within the assigned area to support multiple operations and business locations.
• •Work performed in office, plant, quarry, and field environments with regular exposure to operational settings.
• •Must be able to navigate active industrial work areas and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• •Position requires flexibility to respond to operational needs and safety-related matters as necessary.
