Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and business growth for the Specimen Management portfolio.
• Develop and manage key accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
• Collaborate with marketing, application, and service teams to ensure superior customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Specimen Management, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
