Dr. Noranbrock and Dr. Hemmer make a well-rounded team, with interests including but not limited to avian and reptile medicine, emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, elevating support staff through education and teamwork, and low stress handling.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, experienced veterinarian base salary : $120-150k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.

Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $180k

Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.

Relocation stipend

Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
