YOUR MISSION

• •Own the overall look & feel of eCom on-model shoots
• •Ensure brand consistency and adherence to OMI style guidelines
• •Lead the on-set team and act as final decision-maker
• •Review and approve image selection during and after shoot
• •Collaborate with Styling, Photography, and Post-Production teams
• •Maintain efficiency without compromising quality

YOUR TALENT

• •5+ years in a studio management, production management, or head of studio role — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce content production
• •Direct experience running high-volume pack shot or product on-model photography operations, not just campaign or editorial experience in campaign and editorial shootings is welcome
• •Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional production crews (10+ people) in a fast-paced environment
• •Working knowledge of tethered capture workflows, Capture One, DAM systems, and image retouching pipelines
• •Experience working with global style guides and brand visuals
• •Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome
