• 岗位职责：
• - AI智能体开发，构建能够“推理、规划并执行复杂任务”的系统
• - 构建能够自主调用工具、处理长对话周期（Stateful loops）的定制智能体
• - 构建和部署安全、模块化 API 以供模型调用外部系统，将 AI/ML 产品实际部署到生产环境
• - 深入理解软件/硬件/结构等不同职能部门的研发自动化需求，并将需求转化为可行的技术方案
• - RAG技术，多模型管理，根据成本、延迟和推理能力，设计逻辑选择最合适的模型

• 任职要求：
• - 本科及以上学历，电子信息/计算机/AI相关专业
• - 熟悉后端开发（python），熟练Windows应用开发（C#）
• - 精通Prompt Engineering
• - 熟练AI应用开发
• - 有编写自定义 Tool Use (Function Calling) 接口的经验，或熟悉国内大模型（如通义千问、文心一言）的插件开发规范
• - 熟悉 阿里云百炼 (Bailian)、百度智能云千帆、腾讯云混元 或 华为云 ModelArts
• - 英语口语熟练
• - 拥有项目管理意识
