Als führende Pre-Media-Produktionsagentur sorgen wir für präzise und konsistente Produktpräsentation unserer Markenkunden in der Konsumgüterindustrie. Wir übernehmen die gesamte Druckvorstufe, von Designanpassungen bis zur Aufbereitung der Verpackungsdaten für alle Druckverfahren, einschließlich eCommerce und Social Media.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Koordination von Verpackungsprojekten vom Design bis zum Druck, einschließlich Qualitätsprüfung und Terminmanagement
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle und direkte Kommunikation zwischen internationalen Kunden, Prepress-Team und Druckerei
  • Technische und kaufmännische Kundenbetreuung, inklusive Analyse von Kundenanfragen auf Machbarkeit
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Projektdokumentationen sowie Pflege des ERP-Systems
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung durch Bereitstellung von Kundenfeedback und aktive Teilnahme an Verbesserungsprojekten

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Mediengestalter oder fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Druck-/Designbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragskoordination, idealerweise im Verpackungsbereich
  • Expertise in gängigen Druckverfahren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
  • Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis
