Unsere Abteilung für Akutgeriatrie:

  • ist zuständig für die Erhaltung und Wiederherstellung der Mobilität und Selbstständigkeit
  • dient zur Vorbeugung von weiteren Funktionsverlusten und Re-Integration in das eigene Umfeld

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erhebung von Anamnese, Aufnahme der Patient:innen, körperliche Untersuchung/Status
  • Durchführung geriatrischer Assessments
  • Therapieverordnung, Visitentätigkeit, Betreuung der Patient:innen auf der Geriatrie
  • Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Teambesprechungen, Moderation
  • Verfassung von Arztbriefen
  • Organisation der Aufnahmen

Das bringen Sie mit:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Allgemeinmedizin in Österreich oder anerkannte Nostrifizierung (bei ausländischem Abschluss aus nicht EU-Land) bzw. EU-Konformitätsbescheinigung
