  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Teams in allen Qualitätsfragen
  • Mitarbeit an der Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von QM-Prozessen im gesamten Krankenhaus
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von QM-Dokumentationen und Standards
  • Durchführung interner Audits sowie Begleitung externer Prüfungen und Zertifizierungen
  • Moderation von Workshops und Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Qualitätsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung und Risikominimierung
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung (z. B. als Arzt/Ärztin für Allgemeinmedizin oder Facharzt/Fachärztin)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse klinischer Abläufe und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit im Krankenhaus
  • Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Interesse an qualitätsorientierter Organisationsentwicklung
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. QM-Beauftragte:r), kann ggf. nachgeholt werden
