## Ärztliche/r Schmerztherapeut/in (Facharzt Anästhesie) – Region östlich von Dresden

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Facharzt/Fachärztin für Anästhesie mit Zusatzbezeichnung „spezielle Schmerztherapie“ für eine moderne Praxis im Raum Großharthau-Bühlau (Landkreis Bautzen).

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche schmerztherapeutische Betreuung der Patienten in 30- und 60-Minuten-Sprechstundenterminen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Assistenzpersonal
  • Möglichkeit, sich zusätzlich psychotherapeutisch oder in Kursangeboten einzubringen
  • Umsetzung individueller, patientenorientierter Therapiekonzepte

### Ihr Profil

  • Approbation als Arzt/Ärztin
  • Facharzt/Fachärztin für Anästhesie mit Zusatzbezeichnung „spezielle Schmerztherapie“
  • Freude an wertschätzender Teamarbeit und ganzheitlicher Medizin
  • Interesse an einem Umfeld, das Raum für Eigeninitiative und persönliche Entfaltung bietet

### Wir bieten

  • Reine Terminsprechstunde ohne Fließbandmedizin
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten, z. B. 4-Tage-Woche möglich
  • Ca. 1,5 KV-Dienste pro Quartal
  • Regelmäßige Teamkonferenzen und Fortbildungen
  • Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in Psychotherapie und Hypnose
  • Familiäres, interdisziplinäres Team mit offener Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche (Unterkunft derzeit nicht gestellt)
  • Sicherer, unbefristeter Arbeitsplatz
  • Gehalt: 80.000 – 120.000 € (je nach Position und Erfahrung)
