JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION

• Overall, in charge of engine room operations and maintenance of all machinery.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of main engine, auxiliaries, and electrical systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, lube oil, and engine performance.
• Lead and manage engine crew, assign duties, and conduct training.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in repairs and dry docking is required.
• Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg III/2) with verification.
• Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
• Experience with a multicultural working environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in the written and spoken English language.
• Safety culture and mindset.

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in rank on the same type of vessel.
• Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Contract Duration [4 months +/- 1 months]
