Desde la Universidad CEU San Pablo buscamos un Asesor Comercial de Grado para formar parte del equipo de Admisiones durante una sustitución temporal.

Funciones :

  • Contacto telefónico y seguimiento a los candidatos que solicitan información de un Grado.
  • Gestión de candidatos y oportunidades en CRM.
  • Contacto telefónico y seguimiento a los candidatos que solicitan admisión en un Grado.
  • Orientación a matrícula y gestión de documentos.
  • Contacto con los docentes que participan en el proceso de admisión y control total de candidatos a lo largo del funnel de conversión.
  • Acciones con colegios.
  • Atención presencial a candidatos que visiten la universidad, presencia en ferias, asistencia a eventos virtuales como jornadas de puertas abiertas.

Formación:

Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior.

Experiencia:

  • Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa en sector educación, en funciones de venta y/o telemarketing
  • Experiencia en manejo de CRM.
  • Experiencia comercial.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas

Idiomas:

Inglés B2/C1

Competencias:

  • Buena comunicación oral y escrita
  • Capacidad de escucha
  • Orientación al alumno
  • Vocación de servicio
