  • Serás quien los acompañe cuando más necesitan apoyo con sus dispositivos Apple, brindando orientación, confianza y soluciones que generen tranquilidad.
  • ¿Qué harás?
  • * Brindar atención y asesoría personalizada a usuarios Apple
  • * Dar seguimiento al proceso de servicio y reparación de equipos
  • * Escuchar, comprender y resolver dudas de nuestros clientes
  • * Crear experiencias positivas y profesionales en cada interacción
  • * Trabajar de la mano con técnicos especializados para asegurar la mejor atención.
  • Buscamos personas:
  • * Apasionadas por la tecnología y la atención al cliente
  • * Con excelente actitud y habilidades de comunicación
  • * Empáticas, organizadas y orientadas a soluciones
  • * Con gusto por aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno innovador.
  • Requisitos:
  • * Escolaridad: Bachillerato Concluido (indispensable)
  • * Experiencia: minima de 1 año en ventas o atención al cliente, preferentemente en tecnología o empresas de Retail (Radioshack, Steren, Best Buy, Office Max, Office Depot, Lumen, Starbucks, etc) .

IMPORTANTE: NO SON VENTAS DE PRODUCTOS NI ACCESORIOS, SON VENTAS DE SERVICIOS. Es una posición 100% Servicio al cliente.
