Build your experience progressively through a structured three-year program designed to broaden your capabilities and prepare you for future opportunities.

Take on impactful assignments across different functions and business environments, developing a broader understanding of our customers, patients, and the healthcare ecosystem.

Grow through mentoring, leadership exposure and connections with colleagues and fellow AZpire Associates across Asia.

Depending on your rotation and assignment, you may have the opportunity to:

• •Use data and insights to inform decision-making
• •Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects

Who we are looking for

We are looking for ambitious, curious and purpose-driven early-career professionals who want to grow, challenge themselves and make a meaningful difference in healthcare.

REQUIREMENTS

You should:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or another healthcare-related field, together with a Master’s degree in a relevant business or commercial discipline, such as Business Administration, Management or Marketing

Have 1 - 5 years of relevant professional experience

Hold Vietnamese citizenship and be available to work in Ho Chi Minh City

Demonstrate strong English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above

Demonstrate strong leadership potential, learning agility, curiosity and adaptability

Bring a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes

Demonstrate digital and AI capability through practical application or relevant use cases

Be open to cross-functional and field-based rotations and, where opportunities arise, international exposure or mobility

Recruitment journey

Our recruitment process will include the following stages:

1. Application Launch

Timeline: 1 November 2026 - 20 November 2026

2. Online Screening

Timeline: 23 November 2026 - 30 November 2026

3. Final Assessment

Timeline: 30 November 2026 - 4 December 2026

4. Onboarding

Timeline: January 2027 until March 2027 (depending on the successful candidate’s availability and notice period)
