Es el encargado de:
tener y mantener las recetas actualizadas en constante comunicación con Chef Ejecutivo, actualización de bases de artículos de costos individuales de materias primas y producto de empaque, informar al Chef Ejecutivo de cualquier cambio en recetas mediante informes semanales. Realiza auditorias de control de inventarios del área industrial, apoyo en verificación de la realización de inventarios físicos cada 10 días en las diferentes áreas valorización de inventarios de materias primas en proceso, artículos en proceso, así como de artículos terminados, elaboración de cuadres contables para cierres mensuales, Verificación de los costos más bajos teniendo siempre en cuenta la calidad de los productos en compañía de encargada de compras, verificación de correcto registro contable de las transacciones de control de inventarios, registro de actas de destrucción de los diferentes puntos de venta y planta central, actualización de mermas y rendimientos de las diferentes materias primas utilizadas para la elaboración de productos.
