Ihre Aufgaben, die Sie erfolgreich meistern:

Ihre Qualifikationen, für das Team:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Tiefbau
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asphaltstraßenbau als Vorarbeiter oder Polier
  • Routine im Einbau von Mischgut (Bitukies und Feinbelägen), sowie Praxis im Umgang mit Asphaltfertiger
  • Organisation von Klein- und Mittelbaustellen und Einteilung von LKWs
  • selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und organisiertes Arbeiten mit Hands-On Mentalität und
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • Führungsqualität zur Koordination von Mitarbeitern und Hilfskräften (4-köpfiges Team)
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein B+E, F
